Starworks Has Solid Two-Car Entry for Grand Prix of Miami

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Starworks Motorsport will field a two-car team in Saturday’s Grand Prix of Miami. Ryan Dalziel and Mike Forest will share the No. 8 Grout Shield Ford/Riley, while Venezuelans Enzo Potoliccio and Alex Popow will co-drive the No. 2 Ford/Riley.

The Starworks Motorsport No. 2 Ford/Riley is set for the season with Venezuelans Enzo Potoliccio and Alex Popow.

“It took a long time to get our two-car program sorted out for the season, but we’re happy to have Enzo and Alex on board for the full season,” Baron said. “We’ve enjoyed success with Ryan and Mike in the No. 8 Grout Shield car, and I think their continuity with the team will continue our success this season. I feel we’ve got two solid programs together for this season.”

Potoliccio and Popow finished 15th in their Rolex Series debut at the season-opening Rolex 24 At Daytona, one position ahead of Dalziel and Forest.

“I’m looking forward to our home event,” added Baron, who has taken his cars to a number of South Florida community events to promote the race at Homestead-Miami Speedway. “We always have strong support from our fans, and I enjoy doing everything I can to help the track continue to build the crowds.”
