§  11:44 a.m. – Joao Barbosa (No. 9 Corvette) fastest, 1:43.420 … Jon Fogarty (No. 99 Corvette) now fastest, 1:42.878.

§  11:45 a.m. – Scott Pruett (No. 01 BMW/Riley) to the provisional pole, 1:42.876 (118.98 mph). He won the pole  for the Sahlen’s Six Hours three times (2006, 2009, 2010).

§  11:47 a.m. – Max Angelelli (No. 10 Corvette) is now fastest, 1:42.736), Scott Pruett improves on his next lap to the pole, 1:42.272 (119.68 mph), but gives way to Antonio Garcia (No. 90 Corvette), 1:42.010 (119.88 mph).

§  11:48 a.m. – Jon Fogarty to third, 1:42.303 (119.64 mph).

§  11:48 a.m. – Scott Pruett regains the pole, 1:441.837 (120.19), but is quickly repassed by Antonio Garcia, 1:41.599 (120.47 mph). … Joao Barbosa improves to third, 1:42.245 (119.71 mph).

§  11:51 a.m. – David Donohue (No. 5 Corvette) is now third, 1:42.059 (119.93 mph).

§  11:52 a.m. – Max Angelelli improves to third, 1:42.012, but immediately loses the spot to Joao Barbosa, 1:41.943 (120.07 mph).

§  11:54 a.m. – Scott Pruett regains the pole, 1:41.309 (120.82 mph).

§  11:56 a.m. – CHECKERED FLAG ending the session. … Scott Pruett wins the pole for the Sahlen’s Six Hours for the fourth time. … It’s his 14th career Rolex Series pole, but first since winning the pole for the 2010 Sahlen’s Six Hours.

§  12:10 p.m. – Jordan Taylor (No. 75 Camaro) first to record a fast lap, 1:50.890 (110.38 mph). … Frank Stippler (No. 52 Audi) is second, 1:51.018 (110.25 mph), followed by Robin Liddell (No. 57 Camaro), 1:51.434.

§  12:11 p.m. – Patrick Dempsey (No. 40 Mazda) spins but is able to continue.

§  12:12 p.m. – Robin Liddell (No. 57 Camaro) goes off in the runoff area of the Inner Loop with a cut tire.

§  12:13 p.m. – Emil Assentato (No. 69 Ferrari) goes to third, 1:51.158 (110.11 mph).

§  12:14 p.m. – Jordan Taylor improves to 1:50.794 (110.48 mph).

§  12:19 p.m. – BLACK FLAGMike Hedlund (No. 03 Ferrari) is in the gravel in Turn 8. … CHECKERED FLAGto end the session. … Jordan Taylor wins his fifth career GT pole, his first since the 2011 Sahlen’s Six Hours. … It his the third pole of the season for Stevenson Motorsports (John Edwards won two in the team’s No. 57 Camaro), and eighth for the team all time.
